This acquisition means that customers of both TotalCX and CallRevu will be able to access increased capabilities and services in an end-to-end enterprise-level intelligent communication solution.
Will there be any changes to the products/services I currently use?
Our immediate goal is to ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to the services you rely on. Over time, you may see enhancements in our product lineup, performance improvements, and a wider array of services as we integrate our operations and platforms.
Are there any planned service outages due to the merger?
We do not anticipate any service outages related to the M&A. Our teams are working diligently to ensure a smooth integration of systems and operations, minimizing any potential impact on our customers.
Pricing and Contracts
Will the price(s) of my current services change?
We are committed to maintaining competitive pricing and delivering exceptional value. Should any pricing adjustments be necessary, we promise transparent communication and ample notice.
Will there be any changes to my contract or terms of service?
Your existing contracts and terms of service will remain in effect. Any future changes aimed at enhancing our service agreements will be communicated well in advance, with your best interests in mind.
Will there be billing & payment process changes?
In the immediate short term your billing and payments should continue business as usual. You will be updated with any changes.

Will there be changes to customer support?
Your current points of contact for customer support remain unchanged. As we integrate our customer support teams, we will keep you informed of any new support channels designed to streamline your experience.
